Eugene R. “Gene” Sajko, 92, of Summerhill, died Thursday, May 22, 2008. He was the husband of the late Margaret (Draznak) Sajko; loving father of Margie Loritz, Carol (Harry) Scherer, Monica Sajko and the late Mary Catherine, Jean Marie and Tommy Sajko; devoted pappy of Christina and Jonathan Loritz and Harry Leo Scherer; brother of the late Carolyn Kozak and Wilma Gusich; also survived by nieces and nephews. Gene was a long time Internal Revenue Service employee and a World War II Army veteran. Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m. Friday at the T. B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Incarnation of the Lord Church. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor.
