Of Ross Township, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023. Born May 4, 1932 in Pittsburgh, PA. Daughter of the late Anthony and Elizabeth Eicher. Wife of the late Ronald Bauer. Loving mother of Cynthia M. Richey (Rod), Gary A. Bauer (Peggy), and William P. Bauer. Proud grandmother of Carrie Richey (fiance Chuck), Jason Richey (Taylor), Brian Richey, Daniel Bauer and Jacob and Stefanie Latkovic. Great-grandmother of Aiden, Matthew, Declan and Evander. Betty worked for West View Water Authority for over 25 years. Friends received Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 PM at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Hwy., North Hill. Mass of Cristian Burial in Our Lady of Mt.
