EDWARD W. “Rinny” FUGH

Age 82, of North Fayette Twp., formerly of McCandless, passed away peacefully at home with his family at his side on Thursday, October 20, 2022. Ed was born on the North Side on April 1, 1940. He was the son of the late Edward and Helen Fugh.  He was a retired school bus driver for the North Hills School District and a long-time member of St. Sebastian Parish.  Ed was an avid sports fan.  He loved the Steelers and his St. Louis Cardinals.

He was the beloved husband of Nancy and dear Father of Sarah (Mark) Gardner of South Fayette Twp. Also survived by his four grandchildren, Marley Ann Fugh-Brooks, Mackenzie Jean Gardner, Quinn Ann Gardner and Cole Thomas Gardner all of South Fayette Twp.; a brother, Robert J. Fugh of Verona; a brother-in-law, Dominic Russo, of Baden; sister- and brother in-law, Mary Lou and George Bittner of Cranberry Twp.; nephew Mark (Heather) Russo of Moon Twp.; niece Jennifer (Brett) Fulford of Cranberry Twp.; nephew Matthew (Ashley) Bittner of Fishers IN; and numerous cousins and great friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Russo.

Visitation will be held at  DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME,  806 Perry Highway Pittsburgh 15229, on Monday, October 24th from 2-4 and 6-8PM.  A mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, October 25th at 10AM at St. Sebastian Church, 311 Siebert Road, 15237. Everyone please meet at the church. Interment will be held privately.
