Of McCandless Twp., on Tuesday, February 25, 2014. Beloved wife for 45 years of Roy A. Phillis; loving mother of Amy Hacker (Dan); proud grandmother of Taylor, Owen, and Kylie Hacker; sister of Karen Lee and Gaylord “Tim” Taylor. A Memorial Service will be held at Northmont Presbyterian Church, 8169 Perry Hwy., Pgh., PA 15237, on Saturday at 11 a.m. Dottie was a preschool teacher at Ingomar Preschool and a longtime employee in the children’s department at Northland Public Library. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Northland Public Library Children’s Department, 300 Cumberland Rd., Pgh., PA 15237, or Northmont Presbyterian Church. Arrangements by T. B.
