Age 82, of McCandless Township, on Thursday, August 23, 2012. Beloved husband of Patricia (Molitaris) Minahan; Loving father of Ann F. Minahan, Paul B. Minahan (Carrie), Maureen A. Joyce (Kevin), Sean P. Minahan (Angela), James K. Minahan (Anita), Mary Bridget Taylor (Gil), Molly Schmitt (Rick), Sara E. Minahan and the late Ian B. Minahan; Proud grandfather of 17; Son of the late Paul E. and Florence (Phillips) Minahan and stepson of Mary Lee (McGovern) Minahan; Dear brother of “Jack” T. Minahan and also the late Joseph (“Bud”) Minahan and Paulette Rodgers; Also survived by many loving relatives and friends. Friends will be received Sunday from 2-8PM at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Hwy., Ross Twp. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Catherine of Sweden Church on Monday 9:30AM. A graduate of Duquesne University’s School of Law and member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Donald enjoyed a long and extraordinarily successful law career serving the Commonwealth, including appointments as Assistant District Attorney for Allegheny County and Executive Deputy Attorney General for the state of Pennsylvania.
My deepest sympothy for all of the family. I’m so sorry for your loss. There are no words that will relieve your sorrow. Only time will help with the sadness and I hope that the sorrow will be replaced with memories of love and family. May God be with you at this time of need.
