Donald J. Miller, 64, of Union City, N.J., formerly of Pittsburgh, died Sunday, Jan. 29, 2012. He was the son of the late Clifford J. and Rosemary T. (Yankovic) Miller; beloved brother of Dolores (Bruce) Cook, Clifford B., Jeff (Debbie), Mark and Dennis (Sandra) Miller; also survived by loving nieces, Kelly Rapp, Kate Cook and Shaylin Miller; nephew, Michael Miller; and great-niece, Emily Rapp. Don was a graduate of Duquesne and Rutgers University. He served in the Air Force and endured battles at Cam Ranh Bay during the Vietnam War. He worked as a medical librarian at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Always known as a traveler, he will be missed by the many friends he made both here and abroad. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, Ross Township. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Thursday in St. Sebastian Church. In lieu of flowers, Don requested memorial contributions to Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, 3400 Spruce St., Philadelphia, PA 19266 and the American Cancer Society.
