Dolores “Dee” Bucci (Kasee), 77, of Ross Township, passed away peacefully on February 5, 2026 in the care of her great nurses at Family Hospice at Canterbury Place. Born on November 11, 1948 on the North Side of Pittsburgh, Dee is survived by her husband, Nicholas, children Kelly (Brian) and Peter (Jessica), sister Margaret (Chuck), grandchildren Frederico and Rosamaria, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dolores & John Kasee.
Dee is warmly remembered as a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and a great home cook. She would often prepare lunches and dinners for weekly Sunday family gatherings and is fondly remembered for her tasty homemade fruit jams. Professionally, she worked as secretary, receptionist, and business owner and is especially remembered for her pet sitting service and her fondness for animals. Dee also volunteered for the Humane Animal Rescue, adopting cats out to loving families. She was a generous and caring soul and will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends.
The Mass of Christian Burial will be at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 2230 Rochester Road, 15237 on Wednesday, February 11 @ 11:00 AM.
Family and Friends will be received at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Highway, 15229 on Tuesday from 3-7 pm.

I was sadden to hear of Dee’s passing. She was a sweet loving person. My Confirmation sponsor and I was honored to be in Nick and Dee’s wedding. I hope all the happy memories of her sustain you this difficult week. She will be missed by many.
