David A. Rohm Jr., 87, of Ross Township, died Tuesday, July 13, 2010. He was the devoted husband for 64 years of Rose Marie (Banner) Rohm; loving father of Patricia A., of West View, David K. (Connie), of Franklin Park, Robert A. (Vikki), of Texas, Stephen P. (Patty), of Cranberry Township, and Michael R. (Cindy), of Cranberry Township; brother of Richard Rohm, of Missouri, Elva Fisher, of Ross Township, Evelyn Scherer, of Butler, Geraldine Galanda, of O’Hara Township, Thelma Tesno, of Levittown, and preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters; proud grandfather of Adam, Bryan, Christopher, John, Justin, Stephen, Ryan, Andrew, Barbie, Michael, Kevin, Abby, Elizabeth and Emma; great-grandfather of Christopher; also survived by many nieces and nephews. David served his country during World War II with the Army Air Corps, where he was a POW in Germany. He also was awarded the Purple Heart. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills, www.devlinfuneralhome.com.
