Charles William Begley
Age 62, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Monday, April 12, 2021 at his home, with his loved ones close by. Born January 30, 1959, son of the late Charles and Mary (Achtymichuk) Begley. Beloved husband of Janice (Koval) Begley, of 37 years; loving father of Dana, Charles Jr. (Melissa), Michael, Joseph, and Matthew; pappy of Anna, Nora, and Charlie; dear brother of John (Phyllis), and Debbie (Mark) Hall.

A lifelong member of roofers local union no. 37 formerly employed at Stringert Inc, Charles put the roofs on many of the buildings around Pittsburgh as a means to provide for his family, whom he loved dearly. He was a problem solver and a hard worker who could fix anything. Charles was a man of God who attended service at St Aidan (St. Alphonsus) church where he helped as an usher. Everything Charles did was for his family. He was an honest, hard working, genuine person who will be sincerely missed.

Family and friends are welcome on Thursday from 2-4, 6-8 pm at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday at noon at St. Aidan Parish, St Alphonsus Church. Entombment will follow at Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to St Aidan Parish.
