Age 75, of Cranberry Twp., formerly of Lower Burrell, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2026. Chuck was born September 28, 1950 in New Kensington, PA, and spent most of his life in the area. He was the beloved husband for 44 years of Linda (Burton) Weston; loving father of Kimberly Weston (Kasper Larsen) and Liane Schanken (Joe); Proud grandfather of Andy, Becky, and Peter Larsen, and Blaire and Olivia Schanken, who will remember him for his tractor rides, silly songs, and jokes. Brother of Louise Crock (Dick), Donna Ashbaugh (Alan), and Audrey Weston; Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde E. and Janet (Fennel) Weston. He is survived by many loving friends, relatives and colleagues.
Chuck attended Burrell High School, Westminster College and earned his law degrees from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and NYU School of Law. He practiced law for nearly 45 years in Pittsburgh and Lower Burrell. He was known for his problem-solving skills, dedication to his profession, and unwavering commitment to his clients. In his personal life, Chuck enjoyed traveling and golf, often spending time in the pool and yard with his family. He also enjoyed going to Steeler games and watching sports on TV. Chuck’s life was marked by both accomplishments and challenges. He left a lasting impact on those who knew him.
A Memorial service will be held to honor Chuck’s memory on Friday, May 22nd at 12PM at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME of CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Rd., Cranberry Twp., PA 16066, with friends being received from 11am until the time of the service at noon. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Animal Friends, 562 Camp Horne Rd., Pgh, PA 15237 or Cranberry Twp. EMS, 20727 Rt. 19, Cranberry Twp., PA 16066.

Chuck was not just a family member with a wonderful sense of humor snd kind heart but also a great help to us legally. We are using Chucks work even now to get us through a legal situation needing resolved since our mothers recent passing. He will be missed by his family and friends always. Our love and prayers go out to his precious wife Linda, daughters Kimberly and Liane and his grandchildren.
