Carl “Butch” Martin
Age 69, of Findley Twp., (formerly of Baldwin) passed away on Friday, Jan. 25, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Butch was born on Dec. 27, 1949, son of the late Arthur and Clara Martin. He is the beloved husband of Judith (Fraser) Martin, loving father of Kerry (Thomas) Chamberlain, Cindi Martin, and Krista Vargo; step-father of Amy Schnarrenberger (Jason Jankowski), and Sarah (Christopher) Loomis; caring Pap of LeAnn, Jessica, Scarlett, Jorden, Emma, and Olivia; brother of Marvin, Emily Sue (Dan Cassidy), Jamie Massung, and the late Hester Pennington.
Butch served in the Vietnam War in the US Army.  He will be sadly missed by all who knew him, for his love of the outdoors, hunting,  motorcycles,  camping and a self taught craftsman of all things wood.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday from 3-7 Monday from 2-4, 6-8 at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Twp. Funeral Services will be celebrated Tuesday at 11 am at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Matt Klenk.
Interment will be held at the National Cemetery of The Alleghenies with full military honors.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Butch’s name to the VFW post #1810.
