Beloved husband to Julie (Paulson) who passed away in 1989.  Beloved husband for 28 years of Becky (Alexander); Loving father of Richard Stephanie (Jill), Marcia Dailey (Lance), Karen Stephanie, and loving step-father to Bill Alexander (Angela) and Susan Jacobs; Proud grandfather of 8; Brother of Virginia Steffen, Irene Stephanie, Mary Freund and Frieda Goebel (Leo); Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Tony was born and raised on a farm. He was a proud member of his high school’s football team, which won the Wisconsin State Championship. After graduation Tony attended Ripon College and then proudly served his country in the United States Army, guarding missile sites during the Cold War. Upon being honorably discharged, Tony started his career in the paint and wall coverings industry. He was the president of the National Decorating Products Association and Mid American Decorating Stores. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors Project.
