Alexander D. “Skip” Sanguigni Sr., 90, of Valencia, originally from the North Side of Pittsburgh. Loving husband of the late Mary Shumaker Sanguigni. Beloved father of Alexander (Stephanie), Robert (Kelly), Kevin (Karen), Bridget (Jerry), Dawn, Matthew (Keri), and Debi (Chris). Devoted grandfather Michael(Deceased), Kaitlyn, Amanda, Elana, Kevin, Ryan, Maura, Margaret, Caroline, Nolan, Caley, Macy, Riley, Alexis, Elizabeth, Lauren, Gabby and Liam.
Survived by his sisters Anna, Phyllis, and Camille. Skip served in the US Army during the Korean War. He worked in his family’s businesses as well as his own businesses throughout his career. He coached football for many years and enjoyed spending time at Conneaut Lake in his later years. He loved spending his time with his family most of all.
Family and friends are welcome on Tuesday from 3-7 pm at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday at 10 am at Divine Grace Parish, St. Ferdinand Church with Rev. Jim Wehner officiating.
Interment will follow at Pinewood Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the American Cancer Society (Cranberry Relay For Life-Team M & M).

What a blessing it is to have our parents enjoy the gift of a long life here, and yet it’s always hard to say good bye. Karen, my prayers are with you & Kevin & your precious family…may the Lord comfort each one of you who knew & loved your father n law so well.
So sorry to hear of Skip passing. He will be missed and we will pray for him.
