Visitation: Monday, May 18, 2026, 2-4, 6-8 pm; Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry Township
Service: Tuesday, May 19, 2026, 10 am; St. Monica Church, St. Augustine Parish
Michael McFarland, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and faithful servant, answered the call to eternal rest on May 13, 2026. He has fought the good fight of faith and has taken hold of the eternal life to which he was called. He now rests in the presence of the Lord he loved and served.
Michael’s devotion to his family was unparalleled. He was the son of the late Regis and Marlene McFarland. He was the cherished husband of Anne McFarland, with whom he shared a beautiful marriage of 46 years. Together, they raised two wonderful children, Kelly Hahn (Tom) and Matthew, and they enjoyed countless moments of joy with their beloved granddaughter, Emma Hahn. He was also a proud brother to Patricia Braski and Richard McFarland. Michael’s love for his canine companion, Bruno, brought him much joy and laughter.
He was known for his caring and selfless nature, always putting others before himself, and he took great pride in his role as a grandpa, sharing his wisdom and warmth with his “little Princess”.
Visitation will be held on from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Devlin Funeral Home in Cranberry Township, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 AM at St. Monica Church, part of Saint Augustine Parish. Entombment will follow at Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery.

Mike and I lost track of each other over the years, but he was a good friend and a good man. My fondest memories of him are playing 2-on-2 football in my backyard with Greg and Rege as youngsters. My prayers are with Anne an her family.
Our sincere sympathy to Anne and the family. We were so sad to hear of my nephews passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and all the family .
Dear Anne and family, we are so sorry to hear about Mike and we are saddened by the news. We have many fond memories of Mike together, and are most grateful that he introduced us over 52 years ago. We have had a long and blessed marriage with three children and four grandchildren that mean the world to us. Thank you for beginning that Mike.
I am so sorry for your loss.
