Of Ross Twp., on Friday, February 3, 2012. Husband of the late Kathryn (Williams) Ramell; father of Marianne R. Kappas (Keith), Richard W. Ramell (Anne), and Judith R. Minner (Bill); brother of the late Patricia Gubish; also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. Friends received Monday 2-4 and 6-8 at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Sebastian Church, Tuesday, 9:30 a.m. Bill proudly served in the U.S. Army during WWII and the Korean Conflict. The family would like to thank the staff at Cumberland Crossing Manor and Asera Care Hospice for the wonderful care of their father.
