I was only recently made aware of Bill’s illness and passing. I worked with Bill in EMS in both Ross/WV and Beaver County. Bill was understanding, kind, and appreciative of the efforts of others. Without his assistance my life and career would likely not have been as fruitful as it has been. My thanks and condolences to Bill’s family.

My husband had the honor of working with Bill. I have heard many heartfelt stories about him. I had the honor of meeting Bill at a few fundraising events.

I can say the world is a lesser place without him.

    To the Woelfer Family,
I am very saddened to hear of Bill’s passing. I worked with him 10 years ago in EMS. He was a great guy to look up to. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
