of Ross Twp. On Sat. July 24 2004, beloved husband and Best Friend of Lois Dulski Woelfer. Son of Marie and the late William Woelfer. Brother of Donna Wilzer (Bud). Nephew of Carol Gaus (Larry). Son in Law of Marie Johns (Bill). Brother in Law of Mary Grace Antkowski (Mike), Susan Shychuk (Mark), Patricia Hilton (Dan), Len Dulski (Jen), John Dulski (Debbie), Linda Joos (Jack), Paul Dulski (Kim), and Marie Cooper (Steve). Uncle of 24 nieces and nephews, great uncle of 2.
Bill was a life-time member of West Volunteer Fire Dept., Ross- West View EMS, and North West EMS. He was commander of Civil Air Patrol Sqn. 705, Past Board member, president and volunteer medical staff for summer camp of Muscular Dystrophy Assoc. A friend to all who knew him.
Visitation Mon. And Tues. 2-4, 7-9 PM at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy. Ross Twp. Mass of Christian Burial in St. John Neumann Church, Franklin Park Wed. At 10:00 AM.
I was only recently made aware of Bill’s illness and passing. I worked with Bill in EMS in both Ross/WV and Beaver County. Bill was understanding, kind, and appreciative of the efforts of others. Without his assistance my life and career would likely not have been as fruitful as it has been. My thanks and condolences to Bill’s family.
My husband had the honor of working with Bill. I have heard many heartfelt stories about him. I had the honor of meeting Bill at a few fundraising events.
I can say the world is a lesser place without him.
