Age 93, of McCandless Twp., on Monday, January 4, 2021. Husband of the late Donna M. (Lantzy-Dietz); Loving father of Michael R. Henderson (Mel), Pamela A. Hook (Don), and Lisa J. Broeker (Jeff); Proud grandfather of Michael (Jen), Tommy Lee, Sean, Sheena (Steve), Seth (Krys), Lucas (Alysha), Madison and Jaime; Devoted great-grandfather of Dominic, Anthony, Samuel, Aiden, and Mia; Survived by his brother Edward and his sister-in-law Trina; Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Friends will be received on Friday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC, 806 Perry Hwy., Ross Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday at 10AM in St. Teresa of Avila Church (Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish) 1000 Avila Ct., Pgh, PA 15237.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, c/o: Office of Veteran Experience, 4100 Allequippa St. Pittsburgh, PA 15240.

I am saddened to learn of the passing of your dad. I met him 45 years ago when I was 18 – as I worked with your mom many years at West View Savings & Loan. He would sometimes come to pick up your mom Friday nights and visit a bit. I can still picture his pick-up truck (with a cap, if I recall correctly) pulling up in front of the bank. Such a quiet and kind gentleman. I guess I had them both frozen in time. Surprised to hear he was 93! Your parents were great folks. Donna was a mentor to me. I wish peace and comfort to your family.
I was blessed to know Bill for a short while. He was a kind and loving man. He held his family so dear to his heart
So sorry for your loss but always take comfort in knowing that he is young again and happy along your mothers side and the side of God.
