Bill was the consummate professional with a heart of gold. He took me under his wing early in my career. His wife, Carol and I had the pleasure of working together. Andrea was a business friend and Joann was a friend of my mother’s, Yvonne Hicks. We are all related in spirit, but not in blood. Rest in peace good fellow.
