Willard G. Duffy, 91, of Ross Township, died Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2009. Husband of the late Mary (Cellucci); father of Barbara (Anthony II) Rocco, of Franklin Park, Louis Duffy, of Franklin Park, Donald (Debra) Duffy, of Pine Township, and Charles (Christyanne) Duffy, of Franklin Park; proud grandfather of Michael and Samantha Shannon, Alicia and Paul, Sean, Megan, Kayla and Lacey; brother of the late Wallace and Marion Duffy; also survived by nieces and nephews. Willard was a World War II veteran and member of Local 249. Friends received from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday and 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the VA Pgh Health Care System, University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240, in Willard’s memory.
