Wanda Mae ( Sacco ) Campbell

September 11, 1931 - September 02, 2025

Visitation: Friday, September 5, 2025, 5-7 pm; Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry Township

Wanda (Sacco) Campbell was a kind and gentle soul whose love touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. Even in her final days, she carried a deep joy for life that never wavered. To her family, she was both a strong and steady matriarch and a tender, safe place to land — a balance that made her presence irreplaceable.

Family was the center of Wanda’s world, and it showed in countless ways, from her thoughtfulness to the little details she never forgot. She had a gift for remembering each of her children’s/grandchildren’s birthdays and favorite dishes, always ready to bring comfort through her cooking. Though soft-spoken, she carried a spirited spark — a playful, youthful energy that could light up a room. She knew when to offer encouragement, when to speak a hard truth, and when to simply hold your hand through life’s challenges.

As a devoted mother to four children, cherished grandmother to seven, and proud great-grandmother to three, Wanda’s love and presence will be deeply missed. Her family will forever celebrate the remarkable woman they were blessed to call their mother and grandmother — carrying her kindness, strength, and joy forward in their lives.

Ms Campbell’s life was a testament to kindness, compassion, and the enduring love she shared with all those around her.
Though I had the pleasure of knowing Wanda primarily through her daughter Patricia, it was clear that the apple did not fall far from the tree. Wanda’s warmth and wisdom shone through in Patricia, who always spoke of her mother with the highest admiration and love. Through Patricia, we can see the legacy that Wanda leaves behind: a legacy of nurturing, of gentle strength, and of a life well lived.
Wanda’s life was full of the small, meaningful moments that truly matter – quiet conversations over a cup of tea, shared laughter with family, and a steadfast presence in the lives of those she loved. We will remember her not only for her grace and generosity but for the countless ways she made the world a better place.
