Jay attended Pine Richland High School and Hiram G. Andrews Vocational Training School. Friends received Thursday 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Alexis Church Thursday 11 a.m.
