I am so devastated to hear of Vic’s passing.

Vic was a customer of mine for the past 5 years and he and Jane Cuff grew to become friends of mine through our business dealings.

I can still hear Vic’s voice and I will miss my ability to interact with him professionally.

Please know that he loved his family very much. He often told me of his daughters and of their successes in life. He was very proud of them.

He worked hard every day to try and make the vary dangerous work environment a safe one for the employees of Duquesne Light.

He will be missed by many, many people.

Please accept my deepest sorrow for the passing of your husband, father, brother, son, co-worker and friend.
