Friends received Sunday, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church, Monday 10 a.m. Victor was a decorated WWII Army veteran and a member of West View VFW Post #2754.
