Vera (Diel) Dougherty

age 92 of West View. Died on Sat 3-5-05 at Outlook Point. She was born in Pgh on 8-20-1912 daughter of the late Anthony and Philomena (Gierl) Diel. She was a homemaker, a member of Court Sacred Heart C.D. of A of the North Hills, Christian Mothers and a member of St. Athanasius Church.
Loving Mother of Thomas L. Dougherty, Jr., of OK., Michael A. Of N.C., and Kathleen D. Aleva of West View. Sister of Rosemary Depp, and Cecilia McKenzie of TX. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband, T. Louis Dougherty, a son, Dennis J. Dougherty, and a sister Miriam Diel.
Visitation Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy. Ross twp. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Athanasius Church Wed 11:30 AM. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Mt. Troy Road.
