WATKINS THOMAS A., JR.
Age 57, of Cranberry Twp., passed away on Monday, May 23, 2011. Tom worked for West Penn Allegheny Health System for the past 36 years as director of communications. Tom was also involved in the CTAA as an assistant coach for the past 10 years, helping his daughter Ashley play softball. He was an avid hunter who enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his son and friends at Pymatuning. Tom was married for 22 years to his wife, Robin. Tom also has left behind three children: Joshua (Rachel), Danielle and Ashley. He is also the proud grandfather of Brady and Colton Watkins. He is survived by his brother, Tim (Nettie) Watkins and his sister Judy (Jim) Pearce along with many loving nieces and nephews. Friends will be received on Wednesday 6-9 p.m. and Thursday 2-4 and 6 until time of Service at 8 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Rd., Cranberry Twp. (724) 772-8800. I was in Denver all week on business and returned home tonight to see Tom’s obituary in The Post Gazette. I remember you all so fondly and know this is such a huge loss for you all.
