Thomas Luscher

Thomas Perry Luscher passed in peace on May 6, 2015 in Burke, VA. Born October 11, 1930 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, son to the late Dorothy Mineau Luscher, and grandson to the late Frank and Dagmar Mineau. He graduated from Oconto High School in 1948 in Oconto Wisconsin, and went on to Marquette University in Milwaukee. After serving two years in the United States Army (most of that time in Japan), he returned to Marquette, and finished his education in law. Thomas served most of his career as a corporate attorney, working for companies such as Westinghouse (which brought him to Pittsburgh) and H.K. Porter. Thomas eventually retired from Rockwell International after sixteen years of service.
He was married in 1960 to Elizabeth Mary McGuire of Butler, PA. Elizabeth passed in 1984. Together they had four children: Joyce L. Gaul (Kenneth), Krista L. Guzewicz (Daniel), Keith F. Luscher, and Kimberly L. Kane (Timothy). He is also survived by nine grandchildren (Christopher and Stephen Gaul; Jacob, Camille, Simon and Isabelle Luscher; Cameron, Aislinn, and Aidan Kane).
Family and friends received Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 806 Perry Hwy., Ross Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday 10 AM at St. Sebastian Church.
