Age 69 of Cranberry Twp. Died on Wed 8-17-2005 in UPMC Passavant Hospital, McCandless Twp. He was born in Pgh on 8-6-1936 son of the late James and Veronica A. Sherida Gillespie. Thomas was owner and operator of Advantage Business Machines in Millvale, Pa, formerly Allegheny Typewriter for 25 years.
Beloved Husband of Phyillis (Petraglia) Gillespie. Loving Father of Veronica L.”Vicki” Donelli, Janine F. Spray and Thomas Jude Gillespie. Brother of Rose Bennett-Day, and Geraldine Fair. Grandfather of Stephen, Ashley, Jonathon and Jessica.
Preceded in death by 3 brothers; John, Robert, and Richard Gillespie.
Visitation Friday 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry. 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Twp. 724-772-8800. Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Ferdinand Church, Sat 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Hospital.
