Of McCandless Twp., passed away suddenly on Sunday, February 26, 2023. Born July 11, 1961 in Goshen, NY. Married a few months shy of 40 years to James M. Gallagher. Loving mother of Luke, Anna P., Jude P., and the late Peter Gallagher. Beloved daughter of Ronald and Stephanie Washburn. Sister of Ronald Washburn, Jr. No visitation. I am so saddened to hear about the too soon passing of this beautiful woman. She is loved by so many near and far. Her beautiful smile could calm an angry sea. Heaven clearly needed this angel. She will be with her loved ones always.
