Thelma C. Milligan, 90, of Pittsburgh, went home to the Lord on Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007. Thelma, born Sept. 5, 1917, lived her life to love her friends and family. Devoted wife of 54 years to the late John C. “Jack” Milligan; adored mother of Kenyon Milligan; beloved grandmother of Rebecca Milligan and Elizabeth (Jeffrey) Queen and cherished great-grandmother of Zachary and Amelia Queen. Thelma is survived by her sister, Kathleen Bosworth of Raleigh, N.C. Friends and family will be received from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Monday at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Road, 724-772-8800.
