Visitation: Friends will be received Thursday January 9, 2024 from 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road.
Service: Blessing Service on Friday January 10, 2025 at 11 AM at the funeral home. A procession to the cemetery will follow.
Sherry Helen (Motta) Hiwiller, 65, of Cranberry Township, passed away on Saturday January 4, 2025. Daughter of the late John and Silvia Motta; beloved wife to Michael E. Hiwiller; beloved sister to Sandy (Jim) Lesko, John (Sharon) Motta, Jeff (Lisa) Motta, and Sylvia (Joel) Oesterle; Beloved Aunt to Janelle, Julie, Jessica, Michael, Maryann, Ryan, and the late Crystal; she will be missed by many loving great nieces and nephews and family and friends.
Sherry’s husband Michael was the love of her life. She also loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them, especially her nieces and nephews. She also loved dogs, her two favorites were Saber and Fabrizio. She enjoyed traveling with her husband, Michael, especially to visit relatives. She was an employee of Mario Lemieux Sports Center. It was her all-time favorite job! She had many beloved friends there.

May memories bring you comfort, and time heal your pain. I will miss our Fourth of July fireworks together. Sherry…don’t worry, I will keep up the tradition with Michael. He is in good hands with so many friends and family.

Sherry was one of the few classmates that I would run into occasionlly. It was always nice to see her and catch up. Rest in peace Sherry.

Sherry always had so much energy at work. She loved to plan parties and events that would bring the staff together. We will miss her!
I talked to Sherry after her initial surgery, so was shocked at this sudden and quick turn of events. She truly loved her family and friends, and of course, the love of her life, Mike. I was so sorry to hear of her passing and can only hope it was a blessing in that she didn’t linger. Wishing peace to all her brothers and sisters, my cousins. And hugs to Mike.
