Shaun M.Lally, age 28, of Charleston, SC, formerly of Ross Twp., unexpectedly passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017. Beloved son of John and Kiera (Ritchey) Lally; Loving brother of Alecia, Xenia, and Kevin; Cherished grandson of Francis L. and Charlotte M. Lally (both deceased) and Leonard and Anne Ritchey (both deceased); Also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives and friends.
Shaun had a larger than life personality that exuded an unmistakable presence. His zest for life and his resilience and ability to overcome obstacles was an inspiration to many, young and old. He was a model of strength and kindness, a friend to all. He had a passion to develop a mobile app that he poured the last four years of his life into. His dream becomes a reality this week with the launch of Radtab in Charleston SC. Shaun had a special place in his heart for Jay, his little brother in Charleston SC at Big Brothers Big Sisters. He lived by the motto “Where there is an open mind, there will always be a frontier.”
Friends will be received on Sunday from 1-8PM at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 806 Perry Hwy. Ross Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday at 10AM in St. Sebastian Church, 311 Siebert Rd., Pgh, PA 15237. Everyone please meet at church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to YMCA Camp Kon O Kwee Spencer, Building For Tomorrow Fund, 126 Nagel Road, Fombell, PA 16123, Big Brothers Big Sisters 5055 Lackawanna Blvd, North Charleston, SC 29405, or your favorite charity.

Shaun was such a loving, happy, strong human being. I am so saddened that the world had to loose such a great person
I was and am still devastated by this news. I’ve had the pleasure of working closely with Shaun over the past year as a partner to RadTab. His passion and relentless dedication were truly inspiring. To Shaun’s parents, family, friends, colleagues, etc. my deepest condolences and prayers are with you to stay strong. I lost my sister back in March, also far too young and slowly trying to find peace in knowing she’s in a better place. My love and support always. Big hugs and love. There are absolutely no words that can be said to lessen the loss you are feeling as parents and a family, so we will not even try. Just know that Shaun and your whole family are being thought about and in our prayers. We have so many wonderful memories of our families growing together when they were children. The summer parties and the vacations at the beach will forever stay close to our hearts.. Cherish those memories and keep them close during your tough and difficult times ahead…

Shaun was an inspiration to me. His unrelenting drive to move forward, in his personal life and in his business, regardless of the circumstances, held up a standard that few can meet. He followed the path God set for him. No one can do more than that.
