Scott James Hamill
Age 64, of Cranberry Township, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 4, 2024 surrounded by his loved ones. Born April 27, 1959, son of the late William and Charlotte Hamill. Beloved husband of Dawn, whom he married on November 20, 1981; father of Ryan (Nichole Yeager), Matt (Danielle Huber), and Samuel (Jessica Weimer); brother of William (Nancy) Hamill, and Nancy (Steve) Long. Scott is also survived by many nephews and a niece; his mother and father in law, Frank Rauch late Mary Lou Rauch; sister-in-law Deborah (late Tom) Krall, and brother-in-law Robert Rauch.

Scott enjoyed skiing, biking, fishing and golfing but he most loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his William Tennent high school buddies who celebrated an annual pilgrimage at a Philadelphia Eagles game and his friends in the Men’s Group at Calvin Presbyterian Church. He loved many, was loved by many and will be dearly missed by all!

Family and friends are welcome on Thursday, from 4-8 pm at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry Township, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Scott’s name to The Allegheny Health Network Cancer Institute.
