age 80 of Ross Twp. Died at her residence on Sun. 9-26-04. She was born in Pgh on 7-18-24 daughter of the late John F. And Florence Glass Frazier. Sandra enjoyed an outstanding career as a Pioneer Therapist specializing in treating Agoraphobia and Anxiety disabilities throughout 29 states with an office in Dallas , Texas.
Survived by her husband, Elder R.”Casey” Bower, 2 sons, Bradley E. Bower of Ross Twp. And Dr. Douglas J. Bower of Carlisle, Pa. Grandmother of Connor, Colin and Cormac. Sister of Anna F. Bauer of Ariz. , Ralph T.”Tom” Frazier of Ross Twp. Also by nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by a brother, Lt. John R. Frazier.
Visitation Wed. 2-4, 7-9 PM at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy. Ross Twp. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa of Avila Church, Thurs. At 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in North Side Catholic Cemetery, Ross Twp.
