Ruth (Bailey) Neison, 75, of Bridgeville, died Sunday, March 11, 2012. She was the beloved wife of the late Donald J. Neison; daughter of the late James P. and Mary A. Bailey; sister of Mary Lois Loftus, Jean F. Kaufman (Eugene) and the late James F. and Donald P. Bailey; cousin of Dolores E. Bailey; stepmother of James A. Nelson (Carol), Linda L. Burke (Carl) and Carol J. Brush (Curtis); also survived by many nieces and nephews. Interment will be held privately. Arrangements by T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME.
