Service: Saturday 11 am at Beaver Cemetery.


Russell E. Kerr, age 85, of Economy, passed peacefully on Monday, Feb. 26, 2018 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Joanne (Ward) Kerr, whom he married on Aug. 24, 1959; loving father of Andrea (Jeff) Conley, Shelby (Kevin) Roth, Ward (Mary) Kerr, and Dana Joanne Kerr; proud pap of nine grandchildren, and great-grandpap of two. Also survived by his sister Marjorie Maloney and nieces and nephews. Russ was an avid hunter and fisherman, and proud veteran having served his country in the US Army. He retired from Nationwide after 35 years of service as an Insurance Adjuster. He attended Beaver High School, Greenbrier Military School, and Tarkio College, Missouri.

Family and friends will be received Friday from 5-8 pm at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Rd., Cranberry Twp. A Graveside Service will be held Saturday at 11 am at Beaver Cemetery, followed by Military Honors presented by the Beaver County Special Unit. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Parkinson’s Foundation in Russ’s name.
