Naugle, Parochial Vicar at St. Sebastian Church; sister of Thomas Volgen and Stephen (Kathy) Volgen; aunt of Crystal and Anthony Volgen. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday in the T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in St. Sebastian Church
