Rose Przeklasa
Age 93 of Ross Twp., passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 28, 2021. Born September 29, 1928, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Morgan. Beloved wife of the late John Przeklasa, whom she married on November 29, 1952; loving mother of Jill (Richard) Zierenberg, Linda (James) Kenzig, and the late John (Jacqueline) Przeklasa; dear grandma of Ashley, Lauren, Rachel, and Adam; great-grandma of Griffin, Morgan, Noah, Grace, Emma, Ella, Andrew, Shawn, and Aubrey.
Rose grew up in Grindstone, PA and came to Pittsburgh directly after her High School Graduation, to work for Bell Telephone as an operator. She soon met and married John (Jack) and they had three children: John, Jill & Linda. John & Rose were married 68 years. John passed away this year on January 26. Rose was a kind, gentle, and loving mother and grandmother. She loved doing crossword puzzles, word search puzzles and playing cards. She loved spending time with the grandkids & great grandkids, and often babysat and helped with childcare while they were growing up. All of the family enjoyed Rose’s baking! Her gentle ways, and kind heart will be remembered by all. Her soft laugh was infectious, and distinct. The family adored her, and she will be missed every single day.
No visitation will be observed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 10 am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, St.Athanasius Church. Entombment will follow at Allegheny County Memorial Park
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Rose’s name to The American Heart Association.

Rose, you will be greatly missed by many. You will always be remembered as a wonderful and loving lady who always made me laugh. Jack is happy you are now with him. My heartfelt sympathy for your family. Rest In Peace in heaven . I will greatly miss our many talks.
I worked next to Rose at AT&T for years. A wonderful lady inside and out.
