Of McCandless Twp., formerly of Washington, PA. Beloved husband of Iva (Gorlick) Rhine and the late Kathryn (Stainbrook) Rhine; father of Janice R. Evans (Gordon), Lynette R. Robertson (Richard), Douglas K. Rhine (Kathleen), and Gregory S. Rhine (Julie); brother of the late Dorothy Smith and Charles Rhine; also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Memorial Service in Trinity Church, 550 South Main St., Washington, PA 15301, Saturday 3 p.m. Arrangements by T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME.
We will greatly miss our dear step-father and Grandpa Bob. He was a true gentleman with a quick wit and loving nature. He was a hero in his time of WWII. We loved spending time with him in South Carolina, Pittsburgh, and on their travels.
We are so thankful for his love and care for our mother and grandmother, Iva Murphy Rhine.
