We were so sad to hear of “Porky” passing. How appropriate it is that I am writing this note during a Steelers game. When I think back to my youth, Porky has a special place in my memory for his reltionship with my Grandmother Susan Straka (who I believed gave him the name of Porky), and I remember all the stories she told about him. I always sent him Christmas cards through the year, and he did the same to my family over the years up until just a year or so ago (I am glad I saved them). We will miss him, and I know my father Dan will miss his “big brother” dearly. I hope the Steelers beat Cincinnati tonight in his honor!
