Age 79, of McCandless Twp., peacefully on Thursday, June 18, 2015; Beloved wife for 30 years of Joseph; Loving sister of Dorothy Hancock of Trinity, FL, Anna Lunz of Tionesta, PA, Claire Dorsch (Robert) of Harmony, PA, and Joan Pavicic (Richard) of McCandless; Daughter of the late Nicholas and Anna Geimer; Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, friends and relatives; Friends will be received on Sunday from 1-8PM at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC. 806 Perry Hwy, Ross Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Ursula Church on Monday at 10AM. Rita was born in Pittsburgh on December 6, 1935. She was a graduate of Holy Ghost Academy and received a BS degree from Carlow College. As a Sister of the Holy Spirit from 1955 to 1978, Rita taught in schools in Pennsylvania and Ohio. She was also a longtime employee at Pricewaterhouse Coopers. After her retirement, she enjoyed volunteering at Vincentian, the Holy Spirit mother house, and St. Ursula Church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Sisters of the Holy Spirit, 5246 Clarwin Ave., Pgh, PA 15229.
