Carol: I was in Pittsburgh for a funeral of my Niece and saw that Richard passed away. We did not have much contact in our later years but he was my best friend in high school and he and I spent many hours with our cars–particularly his Tropical Rose Victoria–he loved that car. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. Love, Jerry
Janet- My heartfelt sympathy to you and your family at this difficult time. May your precious memories bring you comfort.
We were saddened to learn of the passing of Uncle Richard. Growing up, I was entertained by Bill Harrold’s stories of all the trouble from the pranks he and Richard would get into growing up in Pittsburgh. Richard also teased his older sisters quite a bit—I heard those stories too! Since I was born and raised in California, I didn’t share the Pittsburgh background with the rest of my cousins so I didn’t have the opportunity to spend much time with Richard, but the stories I heard about him made me feel that my Uncle Richard was quite an interesting character. Jeff and I send our condolences to Jan, David, and Rickey. May your memories comfort you at this time.
Janet, you have my deepest sympathy on the loss of your Dad. May his memory be a blessing and may he rest in peace.
