Richard E. Ross

Age 76, of Cranberry Township PA passed away peacefully on February 1st, 2020. Rich was born on March 26th, 1943 in Pittsburgh.
Surviving are his beloved wife Brigitte Ross ; his son Michael and wife Melanie; son Richard and girlfriend Vici ; son Robert and wife Joyce. He also leaves behind his adoring grandchildren Anna, Joe, Alexa, Patrick, and Hazel. Rich is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and two sister-in-laws.

Rich served his country in the Army in Germany where he fell in love with Brigitte. He spent a lifetime working in construction with his brothers, nephews and friends.

He ended his career overseeing the construction of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. He was extremely proud of his work with his “Greek Family”. Rich loved to travel to Germany to visit with family and take in the sites. He also loved to visit his family in Wyoming, where he always felt at peace. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed bowling, hunting and the beach.

Family and friends are welcome Tuesday from 6-8 pm at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Twp. A Blessing Service will he held Wednesday at 11 am at the Funeral Home, with Father John Touloumes officiating.

What makes me smile is that everyday when I see Michael, so much of you is instilled upon him! You were a tremendous provider for your family and now it is your turn to rest dad!
