(MSP) in 1954 in his basement with his father. Over the years, the business grew at an incredible pace, and is now located in Freedom, PA. Throughout his career, the Salvation Army became his largest client, and he formed close relationships with them that lasted a lifetime. Retiring in 1992, he moved to Florida to enjoy the sunshine and golf. Over the years, he became the best buddy and mentor to his many friends and neighbors. He loved his wife, his family, his friends, and most of all, his life. He was a one-of-a-kind man, who touched so many lives with his smile, wisdom, love, and kindness. Contributions to The Salvation Army are welcome, as this organization was near and dear to Dick’s heart. The Salvation Army, Western PA Div., P.O. Box 742, 700 North Bell Ave., Carnegie, PA 15106.
