age 80 of Ross Twp. Died in UPMC Passavant Hospital on Sun 8-21-2005. She was born in Pgh on 9-12-1924 daughter of the late daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Boehm. Jean was a Social Worker for Allegheny County, an avid Bingo player, and was the first female employee at McDonalds on McKnight Road
Loving Companion of Harold Engel. Loving mother of Sandra R. Spill, Barbara A Smetana,Antionette”Toni” Hunt and her husband Douglas and Michael S. Badgis and his wife Beverly. Sister of Veronica Geche. Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her husband Stanley A. Badgis and 2 sisters; Elva Jones and Mary McGovern.
Visitation Wed. 2-4, 7-9 PM at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy. Ross Twp. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa of Avila Church, Thursday at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow in Most Holy NameCemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Grandma, I LOVE YOU. I am thankful for everything that you did for me and all of the love that you gave me. You had such wonderful children that are now my aunts and my dad. I love you so much. And I love pap pap. I miss you both and wish you were here.
