Beloved husband of 55 years to Margaret (Dolan) Zotter; loving father of Linda L. Zotter and David R. Zotter (Stacy); brother of the late Joseph, Walter and Ruth Zotter and Eunice Matthews; proud grandfather of Katelyn, Madelyn and Mia Zotter. Randy grew up in Manchester, graduated from North Catholic in 1945 and was a WWII Navy Veteran. No Visitation. Mass of Christian Burial in Sts. John & Paul Church, Saturday, 10:00 A.M.
