On Monday, April 1, 2024, Patricia Thompson went home to be with her savior.
Prior to her retirement from Verizon, Pat worked with the conduit department. Communication with utility companies and contractors, getting drawings from the courthouse, having documents signed and hand delivering them to the job site. Pat’s motto — “Keep the project moving, no delays.”
Pat is survived by her sister, Jane Vogel (Arthur), nephews Daniel Rothermel (Teresa), John Rothermel (Charlene), great nephews Austin Rothermel, Christian Rothermel and Michael Rothermel. Great niece Jessica Hess (Michael). Ronald Thompson and Curtis Thompson. Preceding Pat in death was her beloved husband Robert, sister Mary Rothermel, brother-in-law Robert Rothermel, brother Thomas Connolly, nephews Thomas Rothermel, James Vogel and Robert Vogel.
Visitation on Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Highway.
Mass of Christian Burial on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 12 pm at St. Teresa Church, 800 Avila Court.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation in Pat’s name to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish or to a charity of ones choosing.
