Patricia Jean (Baranowski) Picciafoco, of McCandless Township, died peacefully Friday, Feb. 19, 2010, while in the company of her loving family. Patricia was the loving wife of Anthony Picciafoco; daughter of the late Harry and Helen Baranowski; sister of the late Gerald (Judy) Baranowski and Barbara Raymond. Pat is also survived by her brothers-in-law, Gene (Denise) Picciafoco and Henry (Cynthia) Picciafoco. Pat is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews, Drew Picciafoco, Kristen (Scott) Kaye, Craig (Cara) Picciafoco, Matt Picciafoco, Megan and Amanda Picciafoco. Pat also had two great-nieces, Emelyn and Addyson Kaye. Pat embraced her Polish heritage by taking classes in the Polish language and listening faithfully to her polka radio stations daily. Pat and Tony were avid polka dancers, attending many local and state wide polka parties where they met hundreds of friends and “danced the night away”. After retiring from the AETNA, where she worked for 35 years, Pat became a nanny for a few close families. She always had fond thoughts and memories of the children she watched and helped raise, Jessica and Michael Huwar, Olivia and Elerummert and Samantha Bainbridge, who all brought Pat much happiness. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Teresa of Avila Church.
