Patricia “Pat” Donini (Patricia Lamy Donini), age 73, of Ross Township, passed away peacefully in the late hours of December 30, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.
Pat was a devoted sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her two children, Steven Lowe (spouse Anastasia) and AJ Lowe (spouse Dominique), and was a proud grandmother to Kenneth and Josephine. She was a cherished sister to Nancy Blum, Catherine Pompei, Jacqueline Clukey, Karen Lamy Mangine, Kristin Droste, and Rebecca Thompson, and was preceded in death by her brother, George R. Lamy.
Born on September 23, 1952, in Bristol, Connecticut to Barbara and George Lamy, Pat spent her early years in Terryville, where she developed the resilience, independence, and warmth that would define her life. She later attended the College of New Rochelle in New Rochelle, New York, beginning a lifelong commitment to learning, people, and service.
Professionally, Pat built a career in human resources culminating in over a decade spent at George Mason University, where she held roles including Director of Employee Relations. Across every position she held, Pat was respected for her honesty, work ethic, and ability to navigate complex situations with compassion.
Pat’s professional life was cut short by a stroke, which profoundly changed the course of her later years. She faced this challenge with courage and determination, continuing to show resilience, grace, and deep appreciation for connection and community. In the years that followed, she found meaning and companionship through her monthly book club, treasured weekly calls with her sisters, and the support of her stroke survivor group.
Pat will be remembered for her unwavering love, generosity of spirit, and the deep relationships she nurtured throughout her life. Her legacy of love, resilience, and care will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
