PATRICIA A. (PIASECKI)
Age 80, died Tuesday, November 29, 2016. She was born in Connellsville, PA, daughter of the late James and Nellie Piasecki. She is preceded in death by her husband, H. Ross Fitzgerald, Jr. and her daughter, Leslie Ann Fitzgerald. Surviving are her four children, Mary Beth Rozanski (Michael), Timothy Fitzgerald (Susan), Lisa Schneider Hollis (William) and Jill Donovan; ten grandchildren, Tim, Lee, Jessica, Derek, Alyssa, Josh, Shane, Jarod, Lorin and Leslie; one great-grandchild, Cooper; a sister, Martha Louise Sheets of Connellsville and many nieces and nephews. Pat was a 1956 graduate of St. John’s Nursing School. She was very active in her church; sitting on pastoral council, a member of the ladies auxiliary and 55+ club and proudly dedicated 47 years to teaching CCD. She was a recipient of the 2000 Manifesting the Kingdom Award which is given to laywomen and laymen who demonstrate the presence of Jesus in their lives and have participated in an exceptional service to the church reflected in so many different ways in their lives, ministry and work. Family and friends will be received Thursday and Friday from 4-8 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial in Sacred Heart Church Saturday 10 a.m.
