Age 60, of Economy Township, formerly of Whitehall, Pennsylvania and Canfield, Ohio, died peacefully on Sunday October 26, 2014. She was born in Steubenville, Ohio on April 22, 1954 to the late William and Betty Shambaugh. She was a 1972 graduate of Wintersville High School and a graduate of the Community College of Allegheny County school of Nursing. She was employed by Harrisburg Area Community College as a nurse’s aide instructor until she fell ill last year. She was the beloved wife for 39 years to Shawn M. Geary; loving mother to Bryan David Geary, and Jenna Lynne (James) Robinson, the Late Eric Shawn (fiancé Michelle Klingensmith)Geary; proud grandmother to Hanna Maureen Geary, Summer Evelyn Klingensmith, and Lenin Irwin Geary; sister of Mark (Nancy) Shambaugh, Bonnie Miller, and Brenda (Preston) Van Deursen. She was loved by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and numerous loving friends. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME of CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Rd. (724) 772-8800. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Dutilh United Methodist Church, 1270 Dutilh Rd., Cranberry Twp. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH.
